Adriana assisted my partner and me today during our tour, and she was amazing! She has excellent customer service skills, was very friendly, and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire experience. We truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude.
This place has gone downhill unfortunately. I am giving one star due to the constant breakdowns of elevators and gates. We currently (again) have one elevator working. The elevator that goes to P1 is out of order. Ironically, the nesting area doors are also malfunctioning on P2 so you cannot exit the elavator area to your car. We were advised to go to the main floor, walk OUTSIDE, down the stairs to P2........................this is absolutely ridiculous. The location gives me access to a lively, engaged community that's been great for my appliance business, even without a storefront. The lofts are beautiful, the area is walkable and secure, and the energy here is unmatched. Living and working from this space has been a game-changer!

Please believe the reviews about the leasing office being unresponsive. I booked an appointment and received a confirmation from the leasing office that my appointment was scheduled. Unfortunately after waiting 20 minutes and calling multiple times, the leasing office has yet to respond to my appointment. The call box didn't work either. I'm taking this as a sign that they will likely do the same if I were to become a resident. Good luck to anyone trying to view a unit!
