This has to have been the worst place I've ever lived. It's has some amazing architectural characteristics, but, don't let it swoon you. The apartments were built fast and shoddy so they could shove as many people in to get their return on investment, the property manager JENNY BOGAN and "project" manager are of no help, it takes at least a solid 7 days to contact them about any issues happening. t gets worse and worse. NOTICE: As you scroll down you'll see 5 star reviews. Notice those reviews are by people with no "friends", often no profile photo, and only one or two reviews. They are fake profiles created by Lofts 125 to bolster their rating. Report the fake reviews until Yelp removes them. Well, in a number of ways: 1) Don't evict your tenants during a global pandemic. I received a 5 day demand for $625 (that I didn't owe) on March 18, 2020, and which remains unexplained by the management at the Lofts 125. In June, in response to my tenth email with a payment plan for back rent, I was told my account was being forward to a lawyer for eviction proceedings.
