Got my hair done by Bita and it was hands down the best colour I’ve ever had! I showed her lots of pictures and she was able to do exactly like the photos :)
I usually never write reviews, so this is how appreciative and amazed I am of by the service. Jada was recommended to me by a friend and I went initially went in for a bleach and tone. However, she and another stylist were super real to me about my hair health and the preservation of it, which I am super grateful for. Went for a fashion colour instead. Monica is the best! I've now had my hair cut by Monica on two occasions, I was initially recommended The Loft after relocating to Toronto, I chose Monica based on her many great reviews and I'm so glad I did. I just needed to give Monica a few details of what I was after and how my old hairdresser used to cut it and she has absolutely nailed it both times. Amazing experience with Emily L as my stylist. She did an incredible job on the balayage and I've been very happy with the results. She's very caring and understanding as she makes sure every detail is communicated and the client is heard. The salon itself is also giving a cozy vibe, especially with a very cute backyard so clients can lounge while the hair is processed, the whole experience is awesome!
