I really enjoy talking to Sarah, I think she’s an excellent therapist that’s why I gave 3 stars. Their cancellation policy is why it’s not 5. I understand that people no-show a lot, and I completely agree with having a cancellation policy, that being said 48 hrs is a little crazy. Things come up sometimes that cannot be avoided. I had an employee sick that was admitted to the hospital and had no other option other than cancelling my entire day of clients then to cover for her, so I had to cancel my appointment. Dr. Michelle Marcoux is absolutely fantastic, I have seen several Naturopaths over the years, and she is absolutely amazing! Struggled with Endometriosis pain for over 20 years, after 3 months almost completely gone
