Hair was a bleach and tone, was almost white. Asked for dimension and they gave me purple and warm roots. When attempted to fix they didn’t touch the purple. They bleached over my very light blonde hair after messing up and darkening too much with toner. The stylist then blamed the violet on my water even though I have a filter; it was due to the toner that had too much purple. I wasn’t told I wasn’t told the stylist I was with very new. Casey did my wedding hair (as well as my bridesmaids') and dare I say she absolutely slayed. She was quick to respond over email, brought great energy, and extremely talented to boot. As soon as I sat down in her chair for the trial, I knew I made the right decision! My style lasted all night (and the following day, even after dancing and running a 5K the morning after...LOL). I can't imagine anyone else bringing my dream bridal hair look to life. Thank you x10000!

I had such a relaxing and wonderful experience with Meghan here at The Loft. I got the head spa service done, and it was so refreshing. My scalp has never felt better! I highly recommend this salon/spa experience and I can't wait to go back!
