I wasn’t going to write a review, but it’s been almost six months and it still annoys me. I hired this salon to do my bridal hair, along with my five bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. About a week or two before my wedding I texted Casey asking her if we could bump the start time back by an hour since most of my wedding party has finer hair and I wanted hair and makeup to start at the same time. Meghan is fantastic!! She is very collaborative with my hair maintenance. I drop in the chair, she asks “What are we thinking?” and together we discuss how to style. I’ve done low lights, high lights, and everything in between and have never been unhappy with her work. I leave feeling refreshed and fabulous, while still feeling like my hair looks natural and true to me. I can’t recommend Meghan enough!

Was super excited to try the Head Spa treatment and left feeling disappointed. Kadie was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The atmosphere was cold and busy. My head literally was so numb I couldn't feel anything. I wasn't able to relax and just wanted it to be over. I would not recommend if you're looking to unwind.

I 100% recommend The Loft—especially Kadie! I’ve been coming here for a few years now after having a terrible experience at another salon, and Kadie has completely restored my trust in getting my hair done. She consistently exceeds my expectations and has truly transformed my hair, keeping it both beautiful and healthy. She’s incredibly personable and professional, always making sure I leave feeling happy and confident. after 14 hours and almost $600, I was left with a head full of damaged hair that’s completely embarrassing to walk around with. there’s essentially an uneven horizontal stripe going around my head. after lots of stress and tears and multiple messages with the salon owner, who didn’t apologize and only had excuses for the lack of skills, I was finally refunded the cost of services minus tips. definitely wish I pushed for my tips to be returned, because I essentially paid over $100 for my hair to be destroyed. both Casey the s... read more
