Great atmosphere and food
Food was great as usual. Staff very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Great friendly/ positive atmosphere. Our waitress was named Laurel and she was awesome !
Food is great but the presentation is more of a fast food restaurant as in paper napkins, plastic disposable containers with lids for dressing and shrimp sauce also plastic drink cups. With the prices and menu items we did not expect this on our formal date night special occasion.
The food here was excellent! It is only surpassed by our wonderful waitress, Sara. She took a moment to talk to us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will stop here on our next visit.
My wife and I have eaten at the Loft in Laurel least once a month for almost two years. Tonight, we were rudely turned away by the hostess at the door due to a vague reservation policy. We’ve called several times in the past for reservations because of special occasions and were told only walk ins. Was there when they opened and they had reserved all their tables. I’ve called several times in the past and was told they don’t take reservations. Just lost our business.
Great steak; busy but still cozy.
