This is singlehandedly the worst place for UCCS students to live. Dirty, loud, unsafe, gunshots, robbing, extremely poor management, cheap, incapable maintenance, you name the worst thing about your past apartment, they got it. Please for the love of god go to Yelp and look at those reviews. Do not look at the 5 star reviews for tours. Amenities closed, bus rarely runs/never on days that are suboptimal for driving, constant random charges, scams you upon leaving, overpriced, terribly roommate issues, unclean hallways, broken... read more
