RecommendedOverall we had a great experience. We were decently surprised because we have heard lots of bad stories about apartments screwing you over. Yes, they do take thirty days to refund you the money but they didn’t pick at every detail in the apartment and charge us for it. Luna, our dog, enjoyed it too. Before COVID, we really enjoyed the parties and getting to meet new people. 5 out of 5 stars from us 🤗
Make sure you have all the information before doing auto payments. They will charge you a full month rent even if your lease ends in the middle of the month. They will tell you that you will get your money back when you move out HOWEVER They fail to tell you that it takes up to 30days to mail you a check so you’re basically screwed. The customer service is terrible, the office does nothing but sit on their butts and not fix issues such as noise complaints, or insuring that people keep their dogs crap cleaned up, trash hours ... read more
A beautiful, clean property close to the Lake. Great staff, The staff is what sets them apart from everyone else. The amenities are plentiful and enjoyable for everyone.

you will hear footsteps, dark barking ... they kicking us out because people down stairs think we are load and it a constant noise they say... just keep in mind my kids go to school through out the day and in bed by 7:30! we hear our neighbors upstairs dogs barking downstairs neighbors that are complaining!! do we complain no cause we no it is apartments... people if you want in silence, buy/rent a home! thank God we moving out as soon as we get a place!!
I can’t wait until my lease is up! Don’t move here! $500 pet waste fee!!!! Ridiculous!! Taxin!!!!!!
Terrible management !!!!!!! Do not move here if you have a dog !!!
