<p>The Lodge staff works hard to keep problem solved, clean grounds and hallways. A subcontracted is hired to clean hallways, laundry rooms and clubhouse each weekend. Additionally, staff assist with cleaning all areas doing the week. If any doors are unlocked or open, we ask that a report be made to staff or office.</p><p>Again, please note the LODGE takes all comments seriously. A follow up will be made to today to ensure the above things are addressed.</p>

Crooks. Landlord is basically a slum lord, refuses to fix air-conditioning (because hes cheap) or electrical issues that are defiantly dangerous. Roaches everywhere and I mean everywhere, it floods on a weekly basis in some apartments. He is so rude when you speak to him or request any kind of repair. He does not care once he gets the apt rented. Place is disgusting, lots of drug use, the pool is barley chlorinated and the lead repair man has no clue when it comes to any kind of major repair but he refuses to call profession... read more

As a general rule, the Lodge does not respond to media postings. The premise is, there are no winners just losers in the back and forth. Ms. ****** came to us approximately 6 months ago. She was a single parent with insufficient funds to secure the unit. Management allowed a 3rd party to assist with the funding for her to move in. After she became unemployed, Ms. ****** became hostile towards the staff and management. Just not what I thought or read.
This apartment complex is poorly managed and kept. Maintenance request go answered or half repaired. It is completely infested with roaches, the plumbing is outdated; the sinks and tub slow drain and back up constantly, currently the residents have been without heat and hot water for five days, management does not communicate well, if it all, on repairs. I would not recommend anyone to live in this environment.

The Lodge apartment complex is fully staffed. There are two senior maintenance technicians living on site. with there families. The office has two staff persons to assist in accepting applicants and monitoring repairs. We have a local licensed and bonded pest control companies (records on file) retained to perform services.
