Upon move out , they just racking it up. Resurface counter tops . And no one wants to explain , no pics showing what was wrong with them ? They just give a. Number to a resolution team and a recording comes up saying they will return your call in 2 business days.
DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE! We’ve had our truck vandalized TWICE in 6 months. They have RIPPED out the tailgate handle/back up camera and took BOTH tail lights! The management are completely unhelpful and “wash their hands” of any liability. There is absolutely NO courtesy officer, they NEVER tow unregistered cars (even though they claim to), and the front gate is continuously damaged and unsecured for close to a month at a time. Communication between office staff maintenance and tenants is horrible Parking at several buildings is not adequate and you may have to park outside of the gate
We love it! Crystal at the front is very helpful and nice. From the moment we’ve moved in they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Anything we need fixed is fixed in a timely manner and the gym is the best!
Con artist and they try to rip you off!!! They try to charge ridiculous fees upon moving out as well! Make sure you take plenty of pictures and videos of the apartment when you move out and have a current newspaper of something with the date to show the video is recent. This will disprove their ridiculous cleaning charges after you move out. Just doing a walk through will not suffice, they will lie!!! Maintenance also stole my ladder I purchased from home depot. Lived there for 4 years. Car got broken into multiple times. Update: 6 months after moving out, they sent a debt collection notice stating I left an outstanding debt of $500 for unknown purpose. Without stating any evidence. Also found here in this post doing similar thing to other people. Fraud!
This place is an absolute nightmare! Beware of shady practices, ladies at front desk talk about you, maintenence talks about other tenants to residents, property manager is another issue, parking sucks, rent payment was lost in the drop box, mail was hid in back room, too many stories for this place. They treat active duty military like fools!
