So far, this place has been wonderful! I love the large windows in our apartment and that we face the American Tobacco Trail. So many apartments that have been modernized have hardwood floors throughout now. But I find that so uncomfortable. I absolutely love that this place has carpeting. It's more comfortable and better at sound proofing between us and our neighbors. The office staff has been great. Don’t live here unless you want your car broken into several times. They REFUSE to get cameras or any other kind of security. They said months ago how they were “looking into it” but since then there have been several more properties broken into.
I moved in recently and love living here at Lodge at Southpoint! The office staff was very helpful during the move-in process. They were thorough in answering my questions and I'm grateful for that. There are excellent amenities here, especially the gym and pool. It's very quiet and peaceful which is a huge plus. I'm glad I made the decision to move here! Excellent facilities. Fun pool and the gym is up to date. The office staff is very helpful and responds to any questions fast. The apartments are very comfortable and modern. The large at Southpoint is In a great location near to major highways and with a lot of entertainment options around. I Enjoy living here.
