I have meet some incredible cna at the lodge, maybe some people expect to much when they don’t have enough help since I’ve been coming. I started coming October 7, 2025 and I have not had an issue with any staff members. I do spend several hours a day with my family member. I offer to help but they tell me we got it. So I leave each night with my family member in bed. You must spend time with your family member so they don’t feel bad about being at the facility. My aunt never complains and she is 94 years old.
