We have an adult son who has been at The Lodge of Rocky Mount for a while now. We have been well pleased with the care he receives, the pleasantness of the staff and management, and the communication of issues and concerns as they come up. I don't believe a better facility exists in our area.
My family and I are so grateful to The Lodge for the care, compassion, and kindness they showed my grandmother while she was receiving skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. From the nursing staff to therapy, housekeeping, and administration, everyone was so supportive during a very difficult time for our family. Awful experience. Nurses don’t care about patients, all they care about is talking & telling people what “doors” to use. Due to their NEGLIGENCE , my grandmother is now in the hospital AGAIN. They need to be worrying about their patients instead of weekend plans….
