I have meet some incredible cna at the lodge, maybe some people expect to much when they don’t have enough help since I’ve been coming. I started coming October 7, 2025 and I have not had an issue with any staff members. I do spend several hours a day with my family member. I offer to help but they tell me we got it. So I leave each night with my family member in bed. You must spend time with your family member so they don’t feel bad about being at the facility. My aunt never complains and she is 94 years old. Very good staff. excellent facility. referred to them by my friend that works for home instead for my father in law after surgery.
I can not say enough about the staff The Lodge. So impressed with the professionalism of everyone we have had contact with.
Mom is there for LTC and I have had pretty good experiences with the staff for the most part and very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the fact they keep the residents busy with activities.
