We are going on our 8th year here at the Lodge and we love it. Seriously, this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived. They have the best maintenance team. Always very helpful, friendly and quick with response. The grounds are kept beautifully. Lots of nature and all around very good vibe!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been a resident of The Lodge at Redmond Ridge for almost 3 years! I absolutely love it here! It is very quiet and safe with lots of walking trails on site! Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of very quickly! I would recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a great place in Redmond!
Our assistant manager, Terese, here has no tenant resolution skills whatsoever. I have had more than one incident with her. Once when her and our awesome past manager Terence were in my apartment, and the manager was discussing the mold exposure issue that I was experiencing, and she interrupted with some nonsense that displayed that she had no experience concerning the issue at hand as if she was blowing it off.The issue is still partly present and although I have sent her videos of the problem and showed the new manager th... read more
Nina and the entire team did a wonderful job helping me find the right new home. Very happy with the whole process.
Unhelpful staff, unhelpful community. Do not move here if you have kids. They are MEAN to kids here and alot of bullies. Strict leasing laws and mean leasing office. I said the same exact thing last year but they FORCED me to take it down.
