It’s been over 2 months since I applied here and was denied due to incorrect information on their end and I still haven’t received my hold deposit back that I was specifically told by Clatim on 11/29 that I would get back in 2-3 business days. I have been ignored and disregarded by every one in the office, now including the property manager. Don't move to this complex, it's terrible. They start charging you for everything. I started paying $1720 for a two-bedroom apartment, and only three of us live there, and all of a sudden they started charging us almost $650 for water without any justification, and they don't provide detailed bills. At first, they treat you well, and then they don't help you at all.
