Renters BEWARE!!!! New management company "Greystar" uses an online bill pay website that charges $52.95 convenience fee if you pay using debit/credit!!!! Office staff says too bad so sad, nothing they can do. They said you need to link your bank account to get around the fee. Completely ridiculous. Good to know the management company doesn't care about tenants AT ALL!
