Staff was very friendly and accommodating. From Kelsey, to Chef Stacy, and nurse Jess.
The first thing we noticed was that Kelsey asked us about my brother-in-law before anything else was said. We spent probably 45 minutes sharing his life up to now. Once shown the facility, we knew it was his new home. The staff is amazing and very caring. They were very patient with us when we moved him in as we kept forgetting to ring the bell for entrance and setting off the alarm.
