This is my favorite resort I've ever stayed at. The views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains are amazing, the staff is very helpful and kind, and the property, from the exterior architecture to the high-end and distinctive finishes in the guest rooms, are incredible. We loved staying here and plan to do so each time we visit Colorado Springs. An exceptional resort.
The service at the Flying Horse Resort leaves MUCH to be desired. I've stayed at many luxury resorts and hotels during peak holiday seasons but this place was not busy at all. That said the front desk attendants were not attentive or even trained to do all the things one would expect from the request to fix simple maintenance issues to honoring a late checkout.
