It I the most amazing place to visit. When my adult children come to visit, The Lodge in Cloudcroft is one on the list to go for lunch. There something very special about, especially that it over 100 years old.
We stayed there one night, but the experience was great! The rooms were decorated well for the era experience. Breakfast was good, people were nice. I wasn't aware they let animals stay, wish I would have, I'm allergic. But slept with windows open, fresh cool air in July!!!
The waitress who served us on the first night we were here at dinner was phenomenal. She had a lot of information about the area as well as gave great service. The food was excellent. The duck was amazing.The grounds are beautiful and our room was nice and clean and neat. We will be returning.
Wonderful grounds, rooms, and common areas. Staff goes out of their way to ensure your enjoyu. The Bentley and other British cars drew a lot of attention. Sunday brunch is a must do. A wonderful 100 year old hotel.
We have stayed there only one night and I was wonderful. We occasionally go for lunch and have for the past few years. If you are looking for a quality meal and white linen table cloths this is your place. If not, don't come to Cloudcroft! The menus although limited, are wonderful. I have never had a bad meal there!
We ate lunch and it was so good and the history of the lodge is great can't wait to get back.
@FRC Team Outreach had the end of the year celebration dinner here, hosted by Rebecca's and 24 of us were served candle light dinner in an instant with absolutely elegant service. The students were delighted and amazed at the quality and quantity of food! They also enjoyed searching the tower and hidden secret doors for Rebecca, the friendly but mischievous ghost!
