Used Lock Up for a temporary space for a move and it was really and and pricing was very competitive with other area. It was very clean, climate controlled and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Bryce and Ryan were lovely to deal with and helped us get a perfect it that met our needs. Highly recommend.
Ryan was extremely helpful during the entire process! Being new to the area and filing paperwork by myself as a freshly new adult, I was nervous, but Ryan made my experience very easy and less intimidating.
Ryan the manager is top tier professional. As a new customer my experience was smooth. The facility is in excellent condition, great security, the price was fair and competitive, and the location is very convenient for those close to downtown. They offer a free truck to move your belongings. I was so impressed, I reserved a unit on the spot and moved my things from my old storage to this one the very next day.
I would not recommend this storage facility. The only positive part of our experience was Louis, who was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. After a family member passed away, I brought the certified death certificate, Will, and Trust documents as the Trustee and sole beneficiary. However, the manager incorrectly insisted that I also needed Power of Attorney, which is no longer valid after a person’s death.
