I would not recommend this storage facility. The only positive part of our experience was Louis, who was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. After a family member passed away, I brought the certified death certificate, Will, and Trust documents as the Trustee and sole beneficiary. However, the manager incorrectly insisted that I also needed Power of Attorney, which is no longer valid after a person’s death. Louis made the booking process quick and easy.
No place for you to put your broken down boxes. Literally not even a trash can…..The guy who worked there was rude and so unhelpful
