Absolutely out of the ordinary customer care experience. Angela and Jose took the time to make sure I understood the details, worked with me to accomplish what I wanted with my storage plans, and were friendly and efficient. So helpful! I really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you!

Avoid this company! I normally never leave negative reviews, but this time I just couldn’t stay silent. The price on their own website was clearly $100 per unit, but they unilaterally raised it to $218. When I asked them to honor the listed price, they started giving me absurd conditions — saying I’d have to move to another unit (the same size!) and open a brand-new account just to get the price they publicly advertise. Excellent customer service and explained everything with detail
Moving can be stressful, especially when there's a delay moving into the new place and you have store ALL your stuff. The manager made everything simpler. Madalyn was able to find more space when I needed it and she was calm and efficient, which really helped.
