The people at Lock Up in Hamden were terrific! Very professional and quick.
The Lock Up Self Storage staff are very customer oriented, friendly, professional, and accommodating. The facility itself is 5 star class, clean, temperature controlled, and above all top notch security. I am extremely happy that I have 3 units with them. I would recommend The Lock Up Storage to anyone looking for a safe place to store their valuables.
Great experience and very clean facility. Friendly, helpful staff. This was my first time ever using a storage unit. Ally was wonderful and very thorough in explaining to me how it worked when I first rented the unit and she was also there to explain to me everything when I was ready to leave as well. If ever I need a facility again this will be my number one spot to go to. Very grateful because I always knew that all my things were safe. Thank you so much.
