Great facially Mike is the absolute best super helpfull highly recommend!!
Amazing manager and crew on location, anything wrong with the storage unit was fixed same day or in the same week, and will always keep you updated if anything happens! Would recommend putting stuff for storage here
I rented three units over the past year (moving up and down in size to accommodate what I needed to store) and can't say enough about how great it was to work with Lisa, the Hamden manager. She was helpful at all stages, including during my transitions and my protracted move out of state. She's good at sales and good at solving problems. The facility is clean and secure; I was confident in being there when the office was closed. The facility is well managed and clean, if I ever needed assistance with any of my storage needs I would call Lisa and she would address them immediately. I feel so comfortable and confident with my belongings being at the lockup storage in hamden, CT because Lisa is on top of everything. I have had multiple storage units in the last 3 years and each time Lisa made sure everything went smoothly. I always recommend this location to others!
Great staff, very clean and modern facilities. Highly recommended.
