I was reading through the comments for this business and felt I should chime in. I have used the business multiple times in the past for padlocks, new keys and on one occasion a key and fob they cut and programmed for my 2005 Chevrolet pickup. They are reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and willing to answer your questions - Very knowledgeable and experienced with all locking mechanisms. During an out-of-state visit, we lost the only key to our Toyota Prius the day before our scheduled departure. The technician made an 80 mile roundtrip drive out to assess the vehicle, then made a 120 mile trip to acquire the special fob required for our vehicle. She made a service call and a special trip, reprogrammed the computer and fob, cut the key, and got us on the road the same day, for 1/3 the cost and time that the nearby dealership had estimated. I can't recommend the Lock Shop highly enough!
Recently we were on vacation in Fort Collins, CO and had issues with our ignition switch in our 2004 Honda Pilot. It was after hours and none of the local shops would work on it anyways. I had the car towed the their shop and they bumped it up on the priority list and got it fixed first thing in the morning to minimize the disruption of our vacation. The price was vert reasonable and he even explained the shortcut the previous locksmith took that caused the problem. I would highly recommend thrm for all your locksmith work.
Poor poor customer service! Had an expensive transponder car key cut, and the thing wouldn't even rotate in the cylinder. After inspection, the hills and valleys of the new key don't even match. BOTCHED JOB! The other employee then tells the one who did it (right in front of me) that he had done it too deep and will therefore never work. I see their ad in Tidbits of Cheyenne each week so I gave them a call when we decided to upgrade our locks. Helpful guys at the shop helped me pick out exactly what I needed. Followed up with fast, friendly and very tidy installation. I almost wish I needed more locks installed.

so i called over there gal answered phone, i was calling to get a key made for my car which i lost all the keys for, so she tells me they have a chip, which at the time i didnt believe to be true, also 2 keys need made so one star for her knowing here shit, she gave a quote over the phone for 400, there is some guy in the background coaching her on the price. i called two other places in town, both were half the cost. so i got 2 keys and 2 new key fobs for 180 and the keys are 15 dollars a pair on amazon. they also were goin... read more
