RecommendedBought a truck tool box through marketplace without keys. The locksmith took a look at it without even leaving the building. He knew exactly what he needed, took lock apart, explained everything be was doing and within maybe 6 minutes he had keys made and re-installed lock. Every employee there was friendly, seemed happy, and all were true professionals. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of lock services.
Only been in 2 times, first was fun watching the employees interact with long time customers, 2nd time was me needing a c clamp for file cabinet lock and they had just what I needed and didnt charge as the guy said they are spare parts they get from unused cabinets. First class service both times, great local shop. Thanks
These guys are great. Great service and very knowledgeable. I don’t write reviews because most Cheyenne businesses are just horrible at customer service but the lock shop is amazing. Go there, they’ll take great care of you.

I just paid them to take i my car and I got three keys to my car that don't work. because they couldn't program them. he just handed me the keys and the keycode . charged me and said take it to my mechanic.

I went in yesterday for a keyless lock. Tracy and Andy shared the pros and cons of each, I picked one out and Eric installed today. He was polite, efficient and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes! Yay!
