Let me start by saying I love my sisterlocs! I went in for the consultation and told Elisa I am tender-headed. As a matter of fact I could not have emphasized it any more than I did. This woman tugged and pulled at my head as if she were working on a mannequin. When I would say something to her about it she’d apologize and continue as if I never said anything. UPDATE - I found another stylist to do my retie 6 weeks after the painful, unprofessional install and was then informed that only 3/4 of my hair was done correctly. The last section she worked on did not follow the Sisterlocs grid and was done in the way box braids are done - not parted neatly and just a rush to finish. BEWARE - She is also working on a bus and parked without authorization in Frye’s parking lot after posting the address to a shop on her page.
