Do not live here! They have no parking for you to reserve and they make sure their tow trucking company tows you $130 down the drain, you will drive around the parking lot for 3 hours every night sitting in your car! Office does not care about fixing it or ever refunding you for the stress 0 Stars
Unfortunately this place is awful. I had high hopes for this place, but it has been nothing but disappointing. Staff are nice and friendly, but in reality don’t do much to help. The first issue we had was the rooms were disgusting during move in, then the mold came. Air ducts are FULL of dust and mold, and had to move out of our apartment for 2 whole weeks because they were “getting rid of mold.” Never considered the 4 people living in the unit, and where they were going to live in the meantime… we were practically homeless ... read more
TO ALL PARENTS- please do not sign here. I was visiting my son and he told me that this is what the trash rooms look like every weekend since they will not find a solution to having a weekend crew. Even the hallways are filthy, no wonder there are so many roaches and pests in many of the units and around the entire community. Management does not care what it looks like for the residents, the model unit is highly deceiving. Absolutely disgusting. For paying over $1,000 a month, you can find better elsewhere.
I came in with a friend the other day to tour, and Evan did a great job giving her the info she needed and was very accommodating for any questions she had. Great job!
