Maintenance always does an amazing job!
My roommates and I switched rooms right when we moved in and immediately notified the office—they even switched our keys. However, the portal never reflected our correct room assignments. This is going to be my very first bad review I’ve posted about anything, but I have a lot to say so bear with me. I was spending twice as much as my roommates on rent for the entire lease. We had lived in this complex the year before with minimal problems, and my roommate had asked management if they could switch us to another room with a balcony, and they confirmed with her multiple times that both of us would be moving to a room with a balcony, as long as we were fine living in a five bedroom instead of four. Had a tour with the girl at the front named Alecz super friendly, respectful, and helpful. She made the whole process easy and fun. Definitely recommend talking to her if you’re checking out the place.
