This place has limited parking, thier visitors parking is extremely limited and always gets full. Be prepared, to get your visiters vehicles to get towed. A bad Expereince from Locale.
Predatory practices taking advantage of inexperienced college students. My son had to park a mile away at a Publix parking lot the entire time he rented here due to lack of parking. When he did park at his apartment complex, they called a towing company who destroyed his tires. The parking to unit ratio is not up to Florida code. They do not care about student safety and have fees upon fees. After moving out, both my son and his roommate got additional bills for undetermined items. Their parking situation sucks. They barely have any visitor spots and fire alarms get pulled more often than you’d think. It takes an hour or more to get them to turn off. Other than that it’s nice and pretty.
Pretty frustrating when no one ever answers the phone there or returns phone messages!! I have been trying to reach the GM, (Brontes) for the bulk of the summer!! The phone system is designed to keep you from speaking to a human apparently! Disappointing! Paid full rent for an apartment that was hit by the tornado in May. The repairs were not finished until early August, so no one could stay there.
