My mom and I stopped by about 20 minutes ago for dinner. We entered in through the bar side and waited to be seated. Several people passed by us, no one said hello or even acknowledged us. We finally asked a server if we could be seated. Looking bothered, she said it was open seating. No sign was posted stating this, so I am not sure how someone is to know this. What a warm welcome! 🤦🏻♀️ We went over to the dining room and no one was at the hostess stand. 4 or 5 people stood in the back, so we seated ourselves at a booth.... read more

I placed an order on Grubhub and they cancelled some items without letting us know (so no option to order something else). I called and spoke with Lauren (manager) who claimed the Locals are not responsible for any mistakes to the order as they are not affiliated with Grubhub. The way she handled my concerns rubbed me the wrong way. Poor customer service. I will not be helping this local business anymore.
RecommendedI never have to worry about the quality of the food or service when I come here. On the few rare times we get to go out, I don’t like to gamble. The market specials rotate so you never feel like you are stuck in a rut.
Their wings are different. Overall everything else is fine.
The food is good, the wait staff is great, the only drawback is the noise level, and the sticky floors!
