Such a nice spot in the heart of the downtown area, just off the main drag. We were looking for a place that had mountain trout and The Local was recommended to us (by a local, lol) so we decided to give it a shot. We were here volunteering for Samaritan's Purse and it was our one night out for dinner. They truly did check all the boxes! This was another spot we visited twice in a weekend because the food, service and drinks were so good. There was a bit of a wait- but it was totally worth it.
This restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. I knew the food would be tasty- based on ratings and reviews. But, the service was outstanding- the best in quite awhile. Every staff member was noticeably friendlier than average. The hostess was very welcoming and our server was excellent in every way. Great food and great service- highly recommend!
