They’re “the loc shop” and they don’t take 4yr olds.
Kerri provided a great personable experience. The conversation was great and I felt right at home. However, when it came to my hair, she combined 2 locs (changing my parts) that I wasn't aware of. On top of that it didn't look good. I do not find it professional to change the appearance of my hair without my knowledge. I decided not to go back to get it fixed only because of the responses I got when I called. I wasn't nasty or rude at all. But I didn't appreciate that side of my experience at all.
