Another wonderful loc maintenance experience at The Loc Shop! The owner, Freda, has created an inviting, peaceful and professional space. Upon arrival I have consistently been greeted with warmth and smiles and seated promptly for my service. ince moving to Maryland two years ago, The Loc Shop has been my absolute go-to! I’ve sat in almost every stylist's chair at this point, and every single one of them is incredibly talented, amazing at what they do, and so friendly. I always leave feeling completely taken care of.
