Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. However, I wasn’t very impressed with my retwist. It’s been less than a week and several locs are already unraveling. I also would have appreciated more attention to a couple of my thinning locs, as well as adjustments to my sections so my locs would lay better overall.

Wow! God is so good! As soon as you walk into the LocShop, you can sense an anointing within this establishment. The gorgeous decor, sincere and welcoming energy/greetings, hospitality and cleanliness. The LOCSHOP is the epitome of professionalism. I’m am grateful that I found this establishment. The shampoo and steam treatment are my go to services, I actually can’t wait to return. The Knotty treatment is the perfect service for my hair and the goals I am trying to accomplish.
