I got an estimate from the shop and booked a 4hr maintenance session, per thrir suggestion. I waited in a messy room for 45 minutes after my appointment time. After 4 hrs not even half my hair was done. So now I'm $340 out and look worse than I did when I started.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL I paid $1600 to get loc extensions and they were an hour late to my appointment. I lost about 6-8 and more are still coming out. I just got them in March. I went back a month after getting them done as I was told and they rush through the retwist and said whoever did my hair did it wrong and I shouldn’t have gotten them. Run 🏃♀️ don’t just walk away from this place, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONALt and the owner think she runs the world, unfortunately she can’t manage client relationships. HERE’s WHAT HAPPENED. Today I walk into the LOC DEN for the first time and was greeted by the most IGNORANT, GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL woman (she was old and should know better) I ever met. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm, I arrived at 2:28pm after traveling for approx. one hour. This woman began the conversation by stating "why don't you finish eating because the stylist is not ready and will not being able to start until 3pm (30 mins after my scheduled appointment).
