I scheduled an appointment for a loc comb out. My appointment was for 3:00PM and she didn’t start until 3:40PM due to having another client in the chair. Btw I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early so that I could be on time. The least she could have done was give me a discount but nope. Also left in the middle of my appointment to care of other responsibilities. She was also rough and seemed to be in a rush.
