Filer lignin the size of your thumb, center was ice cold and raw. Took almost 2 hours to get our meal. Prawns not deveined... salmon and scallops undercooked... Another 30 minutes waiting on desert, worst Christmas dinner ever!!! Thank goodness we can stop at a drive through on the way home! Oh, by the way, do not tell a customer when they make a reservation that they only have 2 hours to eat when you can't deliver their food (undercooked and cold) to the table within 2 hours! This was our 3rd year for Christmas. First year wasn't so great. Most of us had to give our food back as it was cold. 2nd year was AMAZING! 3rd year sucked! Never ever again. More than half of our party of 10 had cold food. And you don't want to reheat seafood. Super depressing this year as it was my 30th birthday and we spent entirely way too much money for more than half of a party of 10's food to be cold. It just won't happen again.

I think I've been going to the Lobster Shop for all of the 35 years, since they've been in business! I would always frequent the Dash Point location in the past, yet hear it's now closed. So, we tried this location, on Commencement Bay, and had a wonderful time during happy hr., before going to The Glass Museum... good food & drinks, good service & views too!
What a treat--show up for apps. or dinner and get .35 apps.! Exc.staff and food always.
