This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The vehicle I looked at was in poor safety condition and should have never been offered for sale. When I raised concerns, the managers were extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no respect at all. Their attitude was unprofessional, filled with anger and arrogance. I recently traded in my vehicle at this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car I received began having problems on the very first day, and the repairs totaled $580. Even after that, the car continues to make loud noises and give me ongoing issues.
