They have no security but will walk through your apartment home once a month and look through your things. This is the second time my car was broken into in 3 months and they have dine nothing to prevent it
Very satisfied with our stay here at deer park !all concerns have been handled quickly and properly, this place is close to everything but just far enough away from the slum of Tampa :) we r pleased with the cost of our apartment also.
I have been here 3 months and every time I have had any maintenance request it has been taken care of right away. I even had a A/C issue and the whole unit was replaced within 2 days. The staff has always been friendly anytime I have been to office. I'm sure it will only get better with the new leasing and business office, pool and gym.
Lived there 2 years and had nothing but problems.... Lived on the third floor and had several roof leaks... The one that was right above the dryer vent took 2 months , in which I could not use my dryer, to fix. There was also one n the living room that went down my wall. There was a leak in the stair well ceiling also
