On 9/19/2025 I had the best make over ever. Stephanie made me beautiful inside and out. She gave me her full attention and knowledge of my hair. This cut and style babeeee is and im loving it. My hubby was so excited he really love my hair. Stephanie you have bless hands. Your customer service is . You gave me instructions on what to do for my grade of hair. I'm overwhelmed with joy . The salon owner is wicked and vindictive! She cares nothing about people and how can you have an establishment where you deal with people on a regular basis and not care???? Unbelievable!!! I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone EVER!!! I’m deeply disappointed Stephanie! You’re too old to behave this way!!! This is a closed window but open door for my son!!!

The Livingroom Hail Lounge is my sanctuary I’m at bliss from the music, the ambiance, the clean elegant fragrance throughout (from the GorgeouslyGoodButter, to the luxury quality of shampoo/conditioner/ treatments or products used), it’s the esthetics for me.
