My loft was at 427 brady. It was very pretty but the windows were not sealed upstairs ( the glass actually bowed in or out) and the front window on the street had so many places that were not sealed that it truly seemed like someone was standing outside with a hose spraying it in the window when it rained. A friend of mine lived there for a year. During "Snowmaggeden" this last winter, she had to move in with me for a few days because her apartment was 27 degrees and she had frozen pipes. It took days for her to get a hold of anyone...they came, duct-taped the windows, and left them. They are still like that, so look closely, beyond the shiny stuff. I live down the street and do not live in a building that cuts corners.
