I have been a patient at The Liver Clinic for nearly two years. My most recent appointment was on 10/2. My provider has been Steven Kalfus. Overall, I think he is a great provider. My issue is with the front office staff lack of patient service. I had a fibroscan and my Provider determined that I should start taking medication. I have been a patient for over 5+ years. I tried to make an emergency appointment because the E.R. told me to see my GI doctor in 1-3 days and they said November is the soonest. Unacceptable! I left a message for the PA and they didn’t relay my message to him. If you don’t care about people please quit do something else!
I don’t know where to begin . . . the staff are very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Im listened to and not just given a prescription. I’ve been a patient for over 4 years. Thank you Liver Clinic!
The staff is great here and very sympathetic but the nurse practitioner is horrible!! He does not listen and is more interested in throwing around what he knows than helping patients. Had to reschedule a procedure and have made several calls to reschedule and never heard back. They will probably delete this review cuz they don’t like to hear the truth about things. Save urself and find another gi dr!!
