Sadly, My husband and I have had great experiences going to the Little Clinic. However, today I received a call from a credit agency where they had turned me over to collections. I had NO IDEA I owed anything. I never received a call, an email, a letter or anything. I called their billing department and they had a typo on my address which was THEIR fault, but they turned me over to collections???? I am beyond livid. Making an appointment online was hard. Once I got to Kroger, checked in at the pharmacy, everything went very smoothly
I can’t rave enough about this place. I needed a very last minute physical to study abroad and had several documents/medication I needed and Amy, the nurse practitioner was beyond helpful. Great service :)
Small office but very friendly. Online sign in was easy, in and out fast! Very clean and great attention paid to my symptoms!
