“Accepts walk-ins” is deceiving. This is not a walk-in clinic. I showed up with my son with a 102.9 temp (flu) when they opened and was the first walk-in appointment. 1.5 hours later still not called and they were taking online appointments for later in the day in front of us. I ended up having to cave and cancel my walk-in appointment then go online and make an appointment for 30 mins later to get seen.
Had a followup appointment from the previous week b/c the illness hadn't resolved as what the provider said to do. Showed up 6 minutes late due to massive road closures for a local marathon and was denied service claiming it would set them back for the day. Then was told to reschedule for an appointment on the same day yet 3 hours later.... makes no sense and the staff was really rude- receptionist and provider. Was told to either come back later (???) or go find another clinic in town.
