They asked me to create an account with a third party (while specifically stating Kroger isn't liable) that was asking for my SSN JUST TO PAY A BILL. Companies should be required to make bill pay easy the same way subscription based services are required to make cancelling your subscription easy. Truly archaic process to fill the pockets of execs. Websites like this have existed for at minimum 10 years and probably longer than that, there is no reason to make the process of paying YOU money difficult.
Visited the clinic recently, and was assisted by an Alyson Cooper, aside from prescribing me my medication she was not helpful in the least bit. Extremely condescending towards the patient, very short, and rushed through the appointment. Not a pleasant experience.
Made an appointment at 7 am for 8:30 am entered my insurance information. Got to the clinic early, waited till after 8:30 someone finally showed up. The tech was late as well. Sat and waited till 9 am for them to finally take my information and tell me we don’t take that insurance! So waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, to be told we don’t take the insurance.
