Fast and so convenient! Becky was great. Took time to understand what was wrong and explained everything she was doing and what she thought. Will definitely return!
Please use hold your spot. The best thing ever, waited at home, only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room.
Rude desk personnel, turns pts away with out giving them the option of waiting for a cancellation or open spot, providers are not trained in all INS which prevents pts from being seen (and should be a REQUIREMENT to provide service) and tells ppl to go to Lexington, LEXINGTON, to be seen as their option. Bad service all around.
One of their nurses just courtesy-called me, asking if I had any questions or concerns about the method of treatment prescribed to me. She also genuinely wondered how the medications were working thus far. Excellent service. Most insurances accepted. Short wait times. Caring people. I'll definitely go back.
