Dillionâs Pharmacy WAY oversteps appropriate behavior when they are out of a script. First they threw the doctor under the bus by saying she hadnât approved the refill. Then they said they hadnât received an approval for an entirely different medication because Dillons is out of my regular med which had refills on it. Never did Dillons communicate with me â Iâm just the patient/customer. My doctors office says this behavior is routine for Dillons. This doesnât build trust.Â

Dillonâs wonât accept manufacturer coupon for my daughterâs insulin. Guessing Iâll be shopping elsewhere from now on.Â

 RecommendedPretty good store. The quality of personal are marginal at best. Usually always under Staffed at registers. Product location is always a problem. They change floor format at least monthly it seems. Staff in prescriptions are always great. Seafood lady is informative.Â
Extremely long waits, rude staff and scripts donât get filled unless you call to verify.Â
Love Dillonâs. Great selection. Has gas as well.Â
 RecommendedDillons needs to give them more of a budget so they can hire more people. I understand the frustration people get when they arrive in their prescription still isnât ready but sometimes corporate will only allow two people to be working at a time.Â
