RecommendedFriendly staff and fast service.
I drove 40 minutes away to come here cause it was the closest place I could get an appointment time at. Mrs. Devin Sikes,APRN was the the person that saw me and she's great! she listened to me, and I let her know I held out 6 days as long as I could to rule out a virus, and told her my medical history, what meds I've used since being sick, and everything and she found out I had two infections, and bronchitis. Front office staff is rude and condescending. Unknowledgeable about billing. I will not take my children or myself there again.
Not a good choice if you have something worse than a cold. I have bronchitis and she said just take mucinex and come back in 10 Days.... umm no. I am now on antibiotics and I got a steroid shot as well.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I am pregnant and they refused to give me treatment for bronchitis and a double ear infection. I have tried contacting them several times and there is always an excuse of why someone has not called me back. We are about to file a law suit against The little Clinic. If they do not want to treat pregnant women, they should disclose that to everyone at the time of sign in.
Waited almost an hour when it said less than 15 minutes. Never forwarded appointment notes on PCP as promised Misdiagnosed me and had me on antibiotics from 10 days. My condition got worse and then had to see my REAL DOCTOR Created a mess. Wasn't with it. Wouldn't use again.
I was in and out within 25 minutes and the staff was great!
VERY accommodating, friendly and communicative staff. Got the information across with no problems, and was taken care of in short order with excellent help making sure I was good to go.
Very little wait time. Plus the customer service is great every time. Today, the receptionist brought everyone in the waiting room bottled water. You won't find that at your regular office. They go above and beyond every time. Thanks Kroger clinic.!!!
