Two times this location has unexpectedly closed and canceled all appointments without notifying the patients! Two times I’ve driven to town for this location and been met with a sign “temporarily closed” at the desk. Never again. Don’t bother making an appointment at this location unless you like wasting your time.
They called me and canceled my appointment last minute because they could not perform a DOT physical. I salvaged the appointment by going for another medical issue unrelated to DOT. I was told I could be seen no problem. Got a call back a few hours later just for them to cancel on me AGAIN last minuet on the same day. Don’t go here.
Had a great experience today at the little clinic, such a very knowledgeable person that Dr me today, I would recommend her any day, took great care to address my illness, thanks Cecilia Baxter for your services today
I hadn’t been to this office in a while and had to because it was the only appointment I could get. They are cold, rude, and show their irritation to the patients. I was so uncomfortable. The one in Versailles is great. I should have just gone there.
I took my daughter to The little clinic inside Kroger because she was sick for a week and I needed to get her in somewhere fast. She had been there previously but they billed us $147 and they don't even have Doctors at these clinics. I'm not billed that much when I go to a real Doctor. We asked why so much for a visit with a nurse practitioner at a walk in clinic. The excuse they gave was "We haven't seen your daughter in 3 years so there's a $50 additional fee". That is B.S and shady so we definitely will not be going back.... read more
