Horrible experience. My son was seen for Strep on Weds evening, the visit was fine. However, his script was never sent to the pharmacy. By the time we realized, the clinic was closed. I called 1st thing Thurs morning and left a message to please send so I could pickup on my lunch. I got to the pharmacy at 1, still not there. So I called again, no answer so I left another message. Great Job and excellent staff. They were prompt and very professional and caring.
My son girlfriend and I are really sick. Paid 80 dollars for you guys to tell us to gargle salt water and take ibuprofen. Won’t be back
Absolute worst place to ever get medical attention . Rude staff . Rude doctor, nurse practitioner, or whatever they call their selves . They refused to see my husband whom was very ill all due to them being “booked until closing time online .” So they apparently make online appointments priority vs a walk in . Someone physically there to be seen . Oh and the nurse practitioner apparently sees patients every 15 min and not one patient came or gone for 45 min and they still refused to see my husband .
