I made an app on line and decided to arrive early since the wait time showed 12 minutes so I could get in the see the dr early and the lady that checks you in told me that my appointment wasn’t until this time and that I couldn’t be seen until my appointment time. So I decided to just wait because that way I could be checked in early and would not have to wait past my appointment time. I got there at 8:35 this morning and signed in with a soar throat.The nurses were nice and doing the best they could with what they had to work with.There computer system was acting up.After waiting 3 hours I was seen and told that they did not know how to treat me.That I need to go to the ER.The hold my spot scheduling is majorly delaying other customers.
The NP, Jacqueline Bolmer, was wonderful. Very kind and straightforward.
