Dillion’s Pharmacy WAY oversteps appropriate behavior when they are out of a script. First they threw the doctor under the bus by saying she hadn’t approved the refill. Then they said they hadn’t received an approval for an entirely different medication because Dillons is out of my regular med which had refills on it. Never did Dillons communicate with me — I’m just the patient/customer. My doctors office says this behavior is routine for Dillons. This doesn’t build trust.

Dillon’s won’t accept manufacturer coupon for my daughter’s insulin. Guessing I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

RecommendedPretty good store. The quality of personal are marginal at best. Usually always under Staffed at registers. Product location is always a problem. They change floor format at least monthly it seems. Staff in prescriptions are always great. Seafood lady is informative.
Extremely long waits, rude staff and scripts don’t get filled unless you call to verify.
Love Dillon’s. Great selection. Has gas as well.
RecommendedDillons needs to give them more of a budget so they can hire more people. I understand the frustration people get when they arrive in their prescription still isn’t ready but sometimes corporate will only allow two people to be working at a time.
