I'm glad I was seen, but the doctor sent me home without a prescription and I was sick for an extra four days.
Not one person that I had contact with washed her hands! The tech who took my vital signs and short history didn't wash her hands before she touched me or afterwards. She didn't even introduce herself didn't have a visible name tag. The nurse practioner didn't wash her hands either. Before she left the exam room I said it concerned me that neither of them washed their hands...she said 'I washed hands in the other room before I came in to see you' then said she washes her hands in the other room after the exam!
