I brought my elderly mom here last week because she had a fever, sore throat, ear ache, and her eye wouldn't stop watering. The NP did NOTHING!!! She asked her about her symptoms, then let her know that "whatever" she had wasn't viral and wasn't in need of antibiotics and that she just needed to rest. My mom is a retired nurse of 30+ years, she knows her body. Hertzfeld, Katherine M was very rude to me. Asked inappropriate questions and did not listen to me when I shared important information pertaining to my condition. Would not recommend this provider to anyone. She ended up being wrong and would of helped me if she had listened to me and advocated for her patient.
Get rid of that automated phone service

Went here to get some antibiotics. They won’t even touch you with no insurance and cash in hand. Kept telling me it needs to be paid in full today and I said that’s not a problem. Gave me the run around. Told me they couldn’t prescribe without an x ray. Just feels like they didn’t want to deal with it and were trying to get me out of there.
