My daughter came here for a quick test I called spoke to them to see if they accept her Medicaid witch they said yes she had the test done but when she came for a follow up they tried to charge her just to receive her results witch I was told would be covered apparently it wasn't then I get a email stating I owe 50 dollars for not showing up to the appointment even though we did show up this place is chaotic and doesn't function well and lies a lot to patients can't give honest answers and will gaslight you be careful even i... read more
Don’t waste your time. I made an appointment 24 hours before, arrived ten minutes early, and had to wait 40 minutes until I finally had to give up because I felt too sick. No one was even at the front desk for half the time I was there.
Could not reach them directly, could only reach their answering service who told me they accept my insurance and the insurance of our kids so that we may all be treated (we all got strep). After driving out of my way to get there with my 2 sick kids, the lady rudely and unapologetically told me they won't accept our kids' insurance. Their answering service also explicitly told me the visit would NOT be billed as urgent are, but would be billed as primary care. The doctor that was working was VERY hard to understand because of his accent. He also told me there was nothing he could do but when I called back a different doctor was able to give me antibiotics.
First: thank you Sophie for being so helpful and willing to offer helps. Best front desk person I’ve encountered there! Your amazing and have a great future ahead for you with your can do attitude. 2nd: this was a perfect place to visit for quick and well done medical services. I was in the same day, done with check in in under 3 minutes and shown to the examine room within a few minutes after, quick examine and a few tests lasted I was on my way.
