I walked into the little clinic tonight at 7:10 pm and registered... keep in mind that the little clinic closes at 7:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in and 2 other patients were waiting. 10 minutes later, the receptionist walks out of the patient room chit chatting with the Nurse Practitioner about something she bought at the store. Great customer service and excellent care. I was over joyed that I didn't have to drive 45 minutes to my PCP when I could drive 15 minutes to the little clinic. It's extremely convenient and I really liked the employees!
