1 star, but not because of the staff. The women working there are wonderful. The 1 star is for the company itself. The staff there is extremely overworked and understaffed, I'm sure they're underpaid too, because corporations love to use people. I've been going to The Little Clinic for years and they don't care about their staff. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. She made me fill out my own paperwork and do everything myself while she snarked. She then took my ID and insurance cards but wouldn’t give them back because she was too distracted watching YouTube and news videos on her phone. If you see and elderly woman with short white hair working there, just don’t bother. The only reason not to give only one star is that the nurse practitioner there was the absolute opposite. Great experience. I was sick with the flu and everything from check in to the examination to them sending the prescription went well. Very easy to make an appointment online. Friendly, helpful people working here who seem to care about a person
Kind, attentive staff! They got us right in for our appointment and were gentle and accommodating to my child. We ❤️ the little clinic, so convenient too! Thanks for the great experience!
The clinic was not prepared and did not have what they needed for me to get my Tdap shot for my job which I needed to be signed off. I had to drive much further to a different location and then had to return to the original place to get my paperwork signed off. Very unprofessional.
